April 2008: Mount Vernon

Presenting PixTraveler's trip to Mt. Vernon sponsored by the Historical Society Of Frederick County. The date was April 25,2008. This trip started in Frederick, MD., followed I270 to the Washington Beltway, then proceeded down the beautiful George Washington Parkway past Washington DC, went through Alexandria VA, and continued down the George Washington Parkway to Mount Vernon. At Mount Vernon we toured the Visitor's Center, the remarkable Donald W. Reynolds Museum, and the historic Mount Vernon grounds.
